the ‘Pod’ solution
For those with a more reduced budget you can book the Pod as shown below. This gives you physical presence at the event with a space for a small display, promotional banner and storage unit.
* Please note that the venue is carpeted and being supplied by a contractor so exhibition carpet cannot be laid on top of venue carpet. If you require a different colour carpet you will need to have a platform floor with it, which our suppliers Index can help you with and is in exhibitor flooring order form.
Meet the Buyers Forum
To further enhance Materials 2017 we will be holding a Meet the Buyers forum on both days within the exhibition, designed to deliver big opportunities at a reduced price for materials suppliers.
VIP Visitors (key buyers and specifiers) will have the opportunity to pre-schedule meetings with suppliers using a leading online appointment making platform with the option to participate for one or both days.
VIP Visitors can schedule as many appointments as required to enhance their knowledge and understanding. This offers networking opportunities and the perfect environment for intensive business discussions to take place.
By carefully scheduling meetings and attending the conference and CPD seminarsVIP Visitors at Materials 2017 will have unparalleled opportunities for learning, discussing their individual materials’ requirements and peer-to-peer networking.
This forum is the perfect platform to meet and do business with those at the forefront of the materials sector.
